DZG efficient wear-resistant centrifugal single-case pump is a single-stage and single-suction axial suction cantilever horizontal centrifugal pump, which is widely applied to industries of new building materials, coal washing, metallurgy, mines, electricity, water conservancy, chemistry, refining, petroleum, etc. for hydraulic transportation of slurry, tailing slurry, coal slag, mud and sand, gravel, residual oil and sewage containing oil or sand. The temperature of pumped media should be ≤80℃.
According to different media pumped, DZG mortar pump is provided with various wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant flow passage components made from Cr26, Cr28, Cr30, 2Cr13, etc. Different impellers can be chosen according to pumped media and particle size.
The pump adopts: 1. direct type connection (DC for short); 2. longitudinal belt type connection (CL for short); 3. vertical belt type connection (CV for short). Viewed from the direction of the motor, the pump should rotate clockwise and reversal is prohibited.
